Assets: your launch-ready creative

Assets is the output end of your Library — the finished ad images, videos, and landing pages you actually put in front of shoppers. Everything here is built from the copy and strategy stored elsewhere in the Library, and it carries that lineage with it, so a result can always be traced back to the idea behind it.

What lives here

Open Library ▸ Assets. A toggle at the top right switches between the two kinds of finished creative:

  • Creatives — the ad images and videos that stop the scroll.
  • Pages — the landing pages people reach after they click.

Every asset remembers the hook, angle, avatar, and offer it was built from. That memory is what lets Omnymous tell you later which creative actually drove yesterday’s orders — you’ll see it again in Analytics ▸ Creatives.

Ad Creatives

The Creatives view holds two kinds of asset:

  • Images — a single ad still, in one of three shapes: 1:1 (Square), 4:5 (Portrait), or 9:16 (Story/Reel). Each also has a format style — Lifestyle, UGC Style, Before/After, and a few more — that shapes how it looks.
  • Videos — a video ad, built from a Hook and a Body (the line that opens it and the copy that carries it).

Most creatives are made in Studio — pick Image as your starting point, attach the copy it should sell, and generate. Finished creatives land right back here. You can also bring in your own with AddVideo, which asks you to link the Hook and Body the video is based on so it stays attributable.

Landing Pages

The Pages view holds the four kinds of template page you can build:

The Landing Pages view with finished landing and advertorial pages

  • Landing Page — a full sales page with a buy box.
  • Product Page — a focused page for one product.
  • Advertorial Page — a long-form article that sells.
  • Listicle Page — a “top reasons” style page.

Each is generated from its matching page copy in Studio, then opens in the page editor — where you tweak the wording and publish it to your store. Pages that live on a real URL can also be pulled in from your store with the Import button (the green Shopify icon in the toolbar).

The preview panel

Click any asset to open it in the panel on the right. A creative’s panel is split into three tabs:

A finished creative open in the preview panel on its Composition tab, showing the lineage it was built from — Source Hook, Source Angle, Target Avatar, Source Offer and the product — with Preview, Details and Composition tabs above

  • Preview — the creative itself, filling the tab: the finished image (or a video you can play), plus its Format and Ratio.
  • Details — the technical facts (type, size, dimensions, when it was created).
  • Composition — the lineage. It counts the pieces the asset was built from (Direct, Inherited, Total, Depth) and lists them by role: Source Hook, Source Angle, Target Avatar, Source Offer, and the product it’s Based on. Click any of them to jump straight to it.

The Edit and Delete buttons at the foot of the panel rename or delete the asset. A landing-page asset shows a live preview of the page instead, with a Page Studio button that opens it in the page editor.

Where your assets go next

Assets are the raw material for ads. In the Launcher you pair a creative with a landing page to assemble a real ad — and because both carry their lineage, the campaign you launch stays traceable all the way back to the research it started from.

Troubleshooting

The Video dialog won’t let me save. A video creative has to be linked to a Hook and a Body before it can be saved. Pick both in the dialog — if you don’t have them yet, make them in Studio  first.

The Import button shows no pages. Importing pulls pages from your Shopify store, so the store has to be connected. Connect it under Stores, then open Import again.

A creative’s Composition looks empty. Assets you upload yourself only carry the lineage you link to them. Generated assets fill it in automatically.
