Connect and manage your stores
Everything Omnymous does — your product library, analytics, and AI generation — runs on a connected Shopify store. This page shows you the Stores tab: connecting a store, reading its card, switching between stores, checking storage, and disconnecting.
Setting up your very first store is part of onboarding — see Set up your workspace. Come here when you want to add another store or manage the ones you have.
Open the Stores tab
Go to Stores in your account settings. The store you’re currently working in sits under Active store on the left, its details fill the panel on the right, and every store you’ve connected is listed under All stores below.

The Active store card tells you at a glance that the connection is healthy:
- The Shopify badge and a coloured status pill — Active when everything is syncing normally.
- Connected — how long ago you linked the store.
- Last sync — when Omnymous last pulled fresh data from Shopify.
- Shopify admin — opens your store’s Shopify admin in a new tab.
- The star in the top corner — click it to mark a store as a favourite so it’s easy to find.
Read the store details
The Store details grid on the right is the store’s fact sheet, pulled straight from Shopify:

- Currency and Timezone — as set in Shopify; these drive how your revenue and reports read.
- Organization — which workspace the store belongs to.
- Access — how the store is shared (for most brands this is Organization, meaning everyone on your team can reach it).
- Installed — the date the Omnymous app was added to your Shopify store.
- Permissions granted — the exact read and write access you approved, with a Connected marker. Note write · pixels: that’s the permission that lets Omnymous install its tracking (more on that below).
Connect another store
Your plan includes one store, and you can connect up to three stores in total. Each store beyond the first adds $19/mo to your subscription on the same billing cycle.
-
Click Connect store at the top of the tab.
-
Because this is an additional store, Omnymous first shows you exactly what it costs — nothing is charged until you continue:

The Additional Store Billing confirmation lists your Included store, the New store at +$19/mo, and the note: You won’t be charged right now. The cost will be added to your next invoice, prorated for the days remaining in your billing cycle. Click Connect Store to continue, or Cancel to stop.
-
Enter your Shopify store name in the Store Domain field — just the part before
.myshopify.com:
-
Click Connect Store. You’ll be sent to Shopify to approve the connection, then returned to Omnymous. Your products start syncing automatically.
The money side — your rate, your card, and cancelling — lives in Manage your plan and billing.
Keep your tracking healthy
When you connect a store, Omnymous installs its tracking into your storefront automatically (that’s the write · pixels permission you granted). This is what ties orders back to the ads and funnels that earned them.
For that tracking to catch every order, your Shopify store needs one setting turned on. During setup, Omnymous walks you through it per store: click Open Customer Events to jump to the right Shopify settings page, set Set Pixel Data Mode to Always on, and confirm. This is a one-time step — see Set up your workspace for the exact screens.
To check that tracking is working today, open the Attribution view in Campaigns and look at Measurement Health — it tells you whether orders are being matched to your marketing. Full details are in Track your campaigns.
Switch between stores
Everything in Omnymous is scoped to one store at a time — your library, analytics, and generation all change when you switch. There are two ways to change stores:
- The store switcher at the bottom of the sidebar — open it and pick a store (or another organization). It’s your fastest everyday switch; more on the sidebar in Find your way around.
- In the Stores tab, hover any store under All stores and click Switch. The active store is marked Current.
Storage, store by store
Storage is a single shared pool for your whole organization — 1 TB on your plan — and every store draws from it. You’ll find the storage meter and your connected-store count in the Usage & AI Keys tab, covered in Storage and AI keys.
Each store’s share of that shared pool is broken out on its own storage view:

- This Store — how much of the pool this store’s assets, generations, and synced products take up.
- Organization Storage — your whole organization’s usage against the 1 TB quota.
- The Storage Breakdown — this store versus Other stores, your Total used, the Organization quota, and how much is still Available.
If you’re running low, clear space by removing unused assets from your Library.
Disconnect a store
Disconnecting a store is permanent and destructive. You can only disconnect a store when you have more than one connected — Omnymous never lets you remove your only store.
Disconnecting permanently deletes everything tied to that store, and it cannot be undone. The confirmation dialog spells out exactly what goes: All synced products from this store, Ad accounts and campaigns linked to this store, Generated content and marketing materials, and Tracking pixel and analytics data.
To disconnect, open the store you want to remove, click Disconnect store, and in the Disconnect Store dialog type the store’s name to confirm before the button unlocks. The dialog also shows a Billing adjustment: Your subscription will decrease by $19/mo. The credit for unused days will be applied to your next invoice. Click Cancel to back out at any time.
Troubleshooting
The sync looks stale Check Last sync on the active-store card. If it hasn’t updated in a while, use the refresh control next to Shopify admin to pull fresh data. If it still won’t move, open Shopify admin and confirm the Omnymous app is still installed in your Shopify store — an uninstall on the Shopify side stops syncing.
I can’t connect a second store Your plan supports up to three stores, with each store beyond the first at $19/mo. If Connect store won’t let you add another, you may have reached the limit or your billing needs attention — check Manage your plan and billing.
“Store not found” after switching This usually means your access to that store was changed. Store access is set per store; if you think you should be able to reach it, ask a workspace owner or admin to check your access, and see Team and roles.
