Connect your ad platforms

Connect Meta, Google, and TikTok so Omnymous can launch your ads and pull your ad spend into one blended view. This page shows you the Integrations tab: what each platform unlocks, and how to connect and disconnect.

Open the Integrations tab

Go to Integrations in your account settings. Your ad platforms live under Advertising, one row each for Meta, Google, and TikTok.

The Advertising panel with Meta connected and expanded showing its ad account marked Active, and Google and TikTok connected with Analytics badges

What each platform gives you

Not every platform does the same thing — the badge on each row tells you which:

  • Meta carries an Ads badge. This is the full connection: you can launch ads from Omnymous and sync their performance back in. Launching campaigns needs Meta connected — see Launch your ads.
  • Google and TikTok carry an Analytics badge. These are reporting connections — they pull your spend and performance into your blended analytics, but they don’t create ads. Think of them as read-only feeds that complete your numbers.

Wherever those numbers land — blended ROAS, spend by channel, campaign performance — is your Campaigns and Store analytics.

Connect a platform

Only admins and owners can connect or disconnect a platform; everyone else sees the current status.

  1. Find the platform’s row under Advertising and click Connect (for example, Connect Meta Account).
  2. You’ll be sent to the platform to approve Omnymous. Meta also asks you to select your Facebook page and ad accounts; Google and TikTok just grant read access to your ads account.
  3. Back in Omnymous, the row shows the connected business with a green status dot. Click the row to expand it and see its ad accounts, each marked Active or disabled — exactly like the Meta row above.

A connection is scoped to the store you’re currently working in. If you run more than one store, switch to the right store first (see Manage your stores), then connect the platform there.

Your ad accounts

One connection can carry several ad accounts — you’ll see them all when you expand the row, with their currency and status. Which ad account a campaign actually spends from is chosen when you launch, in the Launcher’s Global settings — see Launch your ads.

Disconnect a platform

Disconnecting stops the sync and, for Meta, stops you launching new ads from Omnymous. Your live campaigns keep running.

Disconnecting Meta, Google, or TikTok is an admin or owner action. The confirmation reads: This will disconnect “Vital Root — Meta Ads” and all its ad accounts from this store. Existing campaigns and ads will not be affected, but you will no longer be able to manage them from Omnymous. Once disconnected, that platform’s spend and performance stop flowing into your analytics.

To disconnect, hover the platform’s row, click the unlink icon, type the connection’s name to confirm, and the button unlocks. Click Cancel to back out.

If you want to let an AI agent (like Claude) work in your Omnymous workspace, that’s already available — see Agent access.

Troubleshooting

It still says “Not connected” after I approved The approval window may have been blocked or closed early. Allow pop-ups for Omnymous, then click Connect again and complete the approval all the way back to Omnymous.

The ad accounts list is empty Expand the row — if it shows No ad accounts found, the account you approved has no ad accounts, or you picked the wrong business during approval. Disconnect, reconnect, and choose the business that owns your ad accounts.

Numbers are missing from my analytics First confirm the platform still shows connected here with a green dot. Then widen the date range in Campaigns or Store — spend and performance sync in periodically, so very recent activity can take a little time to appear.
