Create your Omnymous account

Register, confirm your email with a one-time code, and sign in — about two minutes from start to finish.

Register

  1. Open the Create Account page and enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

  2. Type a Password. As you type, the Requirements list turns each item green — you need At least 8 characters, One uppercase letter, One lowercase letter, One number, and One special character.

  3. Re-type it under Confirm Password (you’ll see Passwords match), tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account.

Prefer to use Google? Click Continue with Google instead and pick your account — you’ll skip the password and email-code steps and go straight to setup.

Confirm your email

  1. We email you a six-digit code. On the Verify Your Email screen, type it into the six boxes — it submits on its own the moment the last digit lands.

  2. No code after a minute? Click Resend Code. There’s a 60-second cooldown between sends (the button reads Resend in 60s while it counts down).

Sign in

Already verified and coming back later? Open the Sign in page, enter your email and password, and click Sign In.

  • Leave Remember me ticked to stay signed in on this device.
  • Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? to get a reset link by email — the full reset walkthrough lives in Profile and security.

What happens next

The first time you sign in, Omnymous drops you into a short setup wizard to choose your plan, name your workspace, and connect your store. Follow it in Set up your workspace.

Troubleshooting

The Create Account button is greyed out. Your password doesn’t yet meet every item in the Requirements list, or the two password fields don’t match. Fix those and tick the terms box — the button turns on once all four are satisfied.

The code never arrived. Give it a minute, check your spam or promotions folder, then click Resend Code. Make sure the email on the Verify Your Email screen is spelled correctly — if it’s wrong, go back and register again with the right address.

“This email is already registered.” You already have an account with that address. Head to the Sign in page and use Forgot password? if you can’t remember your password.
