Find your way around
A two-minute tour of the app so you always know where things live — the sidebar map, the store switcher, search, the usage meter, and where to get help.

On the left is the sidebar — your map of the whole app. Across the top right are the tools you reach for from any screen: Docs, Help, search, background jobs, settings and your account menu. The center shows whatever you have open — here, your Dashboard, a live read on revenue, ad spend, return and creative output.
The sidebar: your map of the app
The sidebar is grouped into four areas, top to bottom.
- Dashboard — the home view: your key numbers and recent activity at a glance.
- LIBRARY — everything the AI draws on when it writes for you. Products (your catalog, synced from your store), Knowledge (brand voice, research, reviews), Variables (avatars, angles, hooks and offers) and Assets (images and video). See the Library guide.
- GENERATION — where you create and ship. Batches (your generation runs), Studio (compose ad copy, images and pages) and Launcher (push winners live to Meta). Start with the Studio guide.
- ANALYTICS — how it’s performing. Campaigns (ad results and attribution), Store (revenue, profit and customers) and Creatives (which creatives actually drove orders). See the Analytics guide.
- CHAT — Omni, your marketing copilot. Ask it about your store, campaigns or library and it does the legwork. See the Omni guide.
If your account has read-only access, the GENERATION and CHAT sections stay hidden — you’ll see LIBRARY and ANALYTICS only.
Switch stores and workspaces
At the bottom of the sidebar you’ll see your active store and the workspace it belongs to. Click it to open the switcher.

The Organization section lists the workspaces you belong to, and the Stores section lists the stores inside the active one. Pick either to switch — everything in the app then reflects that store. Manage stores takes you to store settings , where you can connect another store or check sync status.
Take the guided tour
The first time you land here after setup, a short walkthrough starts on its own — Welcome to Omnymous, five stops in under a minute.

Click Show me around to step through it. A spotlight moves from the Library to Generation, Analytics, Omni and search, with a one-line note at each stop.
Want it again later? Open your account menu at the top right and choose Replay product tour anytime.
Search anything
Search sits in the top bar — everything in your workspace, one keystroke away.

Start typing and it finds your products, campaigns, library items, generation batches and stores — grouped by type, with a jump-to list for pages. In the example above, “greens” surfaces the Daily Greens Superblend product alongside its reviews, research and landing pages. By default it searches the active store; the toggle in the corner widens it to every store.
Keep an eye on usage
Right above the store switcher, the Usage widget shows two numbers at a glance: AI — what this month’s generation is costing on your own provider accounts — and Storage, how much space you’ve used against your plan’s limit.

Click it to open Usage settings for the full breakdown — including which models and content types the AI spend went to.
Get help and read the docs
Both live in the top right.

Help opens a short form — pick a category, describe what’s going on, and we reply by email. Learn more in Contact support. Docs opens this guide in a new tab.
Watch long jobs run
Some work takes a while — generating a batch, launching creatives, exporting data. It runs in the background and reports progress in the Background Jobs panel (the stacked-layers icon in the top bar). Open it to see what’s active, finished or failed. You don’t have to wait on the page: start the job, move on to something else, and check back whenever you like.
