Connect your ad accounts
Connect Meta to launch ads and read their results, and Google and TikTok to read theirs, during setup or later in Settings.

An ad platform connects to one store, and its spend and results flow into that store’s analytics. Meta is the platform Omnymous launches ads on. Google and TikTok are for reading results only: nothing is launched on them.
Before you start
- You are the workspace’s owner or an admin. Connecting a platform is theirs to do.
- The login you run your ads with on that platform.
- Setup’s Connect ad platform step, or Settings, then Integrations once setup is done.
Connect during setup
Pick a platform
On Connect ad platform, choose Meta, Google or TikTok. The card under them says what the platform does in Omnymous.
Press its Connect button
It names the platform, as in Connect Meta Account. The platform’s own sign-in opens; sign in and approve Omnymous there. Omnymous never stores your password.
Choose your Facebook Page
If you manage more than one Page, setup asks which one your ads publish under: it is the name and avatar buyers see in the feed. Choose one and press Use this Page, or Decide later.
Connect another, or press Next
The screen reads Meta is connected. You can continue, or connect another platform. Skip leaves this step for later.
Connect later in Settings
Open your account menu and choose Integrations. Under Advertising, a platform that is not connected yet has a Connect button; the steps from there are the same.
Check that it worked
Under Advertising, the platform has a green dot and lists its ad accounts, each with its standing, such as Active.
Choose the Page your ads publish under
On Meta’s row, Publishing as names the Facebook Page every ad Omnymous launches publishes under. Until one is chosen it reads Not chosen. Change picks one.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Connect is greyed out | Only the workspace’s owner and admins can connect a platform. Ask one of them. |
| Reconnect needed on a platform’s row | The platform stopped authorizing Omnymous, for example after a password change. Its data stops updating until you press Reconnect. |
| No ad accounts found under a connection | The login you connected with has no ad account Omnymous can read. Connect with the login that runs your ads. |
