Manage your profile and account security
Update how you appear in Omnymous, change your email or password, review where you’re signed in, export your library, or close your account. Your personal details live in Profile; everything about access and your data lives in Security.
Your profile
Open Profile in your account settings.

Photo
In the Photo card, click Upload to add a picture. Once you have one, the same card offers Change to replace it and Remove to clear it back to your initials.
If you signed up with Google, your photo comes from your Google account — the card shows a Google badge and you change the picture in Google, not here.
Name and account facts
Edit First name and Last name, then click Save. Your Email is shown here but changed under Security (see below).
Underneath, the Account row summarizes your account: Member since (the day you joined), Account age, Sign-in (whether you use an email and password or Google), and your Role in the workspace.
Change your email
Open Security. In the Account access card, next to your email, click Change.

Enter your New email address and your Current password, then click Send verification. Omnymous sends a verification link to the new address — the change only takes effect once you open that link.

Completing an email change signs you out on every device. Sign back in with your new address.
Change your password
In the Password card, type your Current password and click Send change link. For your security, the password isn’t changed on this screen — Omnymous emails you a link, and you set the new password from there. Finishing it also signs you out everywhere, so you’ll sign in again with the new password.
If you sign in with Google, there’s no password to change here — your sign-in is managed by Google, and the Password card doesn’t appear.
Locked out? Reset from the login page
If you can’t sign in, you can’t reach this page — reset from the front door instead. On the login page , click Forgot password?, enter your email, and Omnymous sends a reset link. Open it, choose a new password, and sign in.
Active sessions
The Active sessions card lists every device currently signed in to your account, each with its browser, rough location, and date. The device you’re using now carries a Current badge.
See something you don’t recognize? Hover that row and click the sign-out button to end that session immediately. Your current session stays put. If anything looks wrong, change your password too.
Export your library data
Need a copy of everything you’ve built? In the Data & account card, click Export next to Export library data.

The export bundles your Library items & metadata, Folder structure, Custom types & compositions, and Associated files. Click Request Export and Omnymous emails you a download link when it’s ready. The link expires in 24 hours, and you can request one export per hour.
Delete your account
Deleting is permanent. If you own a workspace, deleting your account also deletes that workspace for everyone in it.
Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible. Your account, all its data, and any active subscription are permanently removed. Export anything you want to keep first.
In the Data & account card, click Delete. If you own workspaces, the dialog shows exactly what will be removed — the organizations and stores, how much library content, which members will be notified, and any subscription you’ll forfeit.

To go through with it, tick the box confirming you’ve exported anything you need, type DELETE to confirm, and click Delete Account.
Troubleshooting
My email-change link expired. The link is time-limited. Open the Change Email Address dialog again, re-enter the new address and your current password, and click Send verification for a fresh link.
I didn’t get the password reset email. Check your spam folder, and confirm you’re using the same email you sign in with. Request the reset again from Forgot password? on the login page if needed.
There’s no way to change my password. If you sign in with Google, there’s no password to manage in Omnymous — change it in your Google account instead.
