Ask Omni what’s working
It’s Monday. You have ten minutes and one decision to make: where does this week’s ad budget go? This playbook is a three-question conversation with Omni — each question building on the last — that takes you from “how did we do” to “put the money here,” all from your own numbers.
The routine: three questions, one thread
Open Omni from the Chat section of the sidebar and ask all three questions in the same conversation. Because it’s one thread, Omni carries the context forward — question two drills into question one’s answer, question three decides on question two’s.
1. Start with the headline — “How is my store performing this month?”
Type your first question and press Enter. Omni returns an Overview card: your store’s month at a glance, every figure measured by the analytics engine.

Read the top row first. For Vital Root this month that’s $184.9K net revenue, $72.1K net profit and a blended return (MER) of 6.21x on $29.8K of ad spend across 1.4K orders. The written answer under the card frames those numbers against the previous period, so you can see at a glance whether momentum is up or down. That’s your “what changed” — now go find what’s behind it.
2. Drill into the driver — “Which creatives are driving that?”
Don’t start a new chat. Ask your follow-up in the same composer. Omni crosses ad spend with pixel-attributed orders and hands back an Entity Performance leaderboard, ranked by spend, for the last 30 days.

This is where the budget signal lives. Creative 1 is the clear engine — 99 orders and $13.9K revenue at a 9.36x ROAS and 5.37x POAS — with Creative 7 and Creative 2 close behind on efficiency. Further down, the laggards show themselves: Creative 15 is turning ad spend into a loss (0.47x POAS), and Creative 3 isn’t far off it. Every creative name is a link — click one to open that creative in your Library and see the actual ad.
Omni cites everything. Every number sits on a source line, and every creative, campaign or page it names is a link. If a figure looks too good (or too bad), click through and check it yourself before you move a dollar.
3. Make the call — “Which creatives should I scale, and which should I cut?”
Ask the decision straight out. Omni re-ranks the same governed leaderboard, so the answer is grounded in the numbers you just saw — no new dashboard to open.

POAS is the tell: it’s the profit you keep for every dollar of ad spend, so anything above 1x is profitable and anything below it is losing money. The move writes itself — pour more into Creative 1, Creative 7 and Creative 2, and pull spend off Creative 15 and Creative 3. The follow-up chips under the answer (“How did revenue trend over the last 30 days?”, “Is my tracking healthy?”) keep the thread going if you want to sanity-check before you act, and the row of controls lets you Copy the answer or rate it.
Close the loop — act on it
You have your answer; the money moves in three places:
- Spin fresh angles from the winner in Studio so your next batch of creatives builds on what already works.
- Confirm the shift landed by tracking the campaign in Campaigns.
- For the full doubling-down recipe — winning creative → winning avatar → fresh variants — follow the playbook Double down on a winning avatar.
Good to know
Omni always answers about the store selected in the store switcher (bottom-left). If the numbers look like someone else’s, check the switcher first — the same question returns a different store’s answer. Troubleshooting
A notice says AI keys are missing. Omni runs on your own AI provider keys. Add one on the Usage & AI keys page, then ask again.
Omni won’t answer a question. Omni only reads your own store’s data — attribution, spend, profit and creative performance. It doesn’t browse the web or answer general questions, so if it declines, rephrase around your numbers.
