Manage your team and roles
Invite the people you work with, give each the right level of access, and adjust or remove them as your team changes. Everything here lives in the Organization tab of your account settings.
Open the Organization tab
Go to Organization in your account settings. On the left is your workspace card — its plan, your role, and how many members and pending invitations you have. On the right is Team Management, where you invite people and manage everyone already in.

The four roles
Everyone in your workspace has exactly one role. From most to least access:
- Owner — Full control of the workspace, including billing and every member.
- Admin — Manages the team, integrations, and access keys — everything except billing.
- Member — Creates and launches content: library, studio, campaigns, and chat.
- Viewer — Read-only access to content, campaigns, and analytics.
A rule of thumb for who gets what: your media buyer, who builds and launches campaigns, is a Member; your accountant, who only needs to read the numbers, is a Viewer; an agency lead, who manages people and connections but shouldn’t touch the subscription, is an Admin. Only owners can see or change billing, so keep Owner for yourself and anyone you fully trust with the account.
Invite someone
- In Team Management, click Invite.
- Enter their Email Address.
- Pick a Role. As you choose, This role includes: spells out exactly what that person will be able to do.

Open the role menu to compare the roles in plain words before you decide:

- Add a Personal Message (Optional) if you like — it’s included in the invitation email.
- Click Send Invitation.
Admins can invite Viewers and Members. Owners can additionally invite Admins. Ownership is never handed out by invitation — an owner promotes someone to Owner deliberately, from Change someone’s role below.
You can also invite teammates while first setting up — see the team step in Set up your workspace. Hiring a media buyer specifically? Invite your media buyer walks the whole flow with the right role.
What the invitee sees
They receive an email inviting them to your workspace. Opening it takes them to the invitation page:
- New to Omnymous — they set a password right on that page and land in your workspace.
- Already have an account — they sign in to accept.
Until they accept, their invitation sits under the Invitations tab as Pending.
Manage members and invitations
Team Management has two tabs: Members and Invitations. Use the search box, and the All Roles filter (or, on Invitations, the status filter) to find someone quickly.
Change someone’s role
Hover a member, open their menu, and choose Change Role. Pick the New Role and confirm — they get an email letting them know about the change. You can only manage roles below your own: admins adjust Members and Viewers, while owners can change anyone. Promoting someone to Owner hands them full control of the workspace, including billing, so the dialog calls that out before you confirm.
Remove a member
From the same menu, choose Remove Member and confirm. This revokes their access to the workspace and all its data. You can add them back later with a new invitation.
Resend or cancel an invitation
On the Invitations tab, open a pending invitation’s menu: Resend Invitation sends the email again, and Cancel Invitation voids it so it can no longer be accepted.
What read-only access feels like
A Viewer can read your library, campaigns, and analytics, but change nothing. On their screen:
- the workspace card shows a View only badge instead of Full access,
- the Generation and Chat sections are hidden from the sidebar,
- buttons that create or launch are greyed out, with a Requires the Member role tooltip,
- and Team Management is limited — member and invitation details are visible to the Member role and above.
Members and up see the full team; only admins and owners can invite or change roles.
Leave a workspace
If you no longer need access, open the workspace card and click Leave organization, then confirm. You’ll lose access to that workspace’s library, campaigns, and analytics — an owner or admin can invite you back later.
Troubleshooting
The invitation expired. Invitations don’t stay open forever. On the Invitations tab, open the invitation’s menu and choose Resend Invitation to send a fresh link.
I can’t change someone’s role. You can only manage roles below your own, so admins can’t change other admins or owners. Ask an owner — owners can manage everyone.
They never got the email. Ask them to check their spam folder, then Resend Invitation. Double-check the address on the invitation is spelled correctly; if it’s wrong, cancel it and invite again.
