Get help

Reach the Omnymous team when something’s broken, you want a feature, or you just have a question — and follow your request through to an answer. It takes a minute, and you’ll typically hear back within one business day.

Send us a message

The Help button sits in the top bar on every screen. On the sign-in and setup screens — before you’re logged in — the same thing appears as a Support button in the footer at the bottom of the page, next to Terms and Privacy.

Click it to open the How can we help? form:

The Help form with the four request categories, a subject, and a description filled in

  1. Pick a Category so your message reaches the right place:
    • Bug report — Something is broken or behaving unexpectedly
    • Feature request — Suggest a new capability or improvement
    • Feedback — Share your thoughts on the product
    • General inquiry — Questions, account help, or anything else
  2. Write a short Subject and a Description. The more specific you are — what you did, what you expected, what happened — the faster we can help.
  3. Optionally add Attachments — drag files in or click to attach, up to 5 files at 10 MB each. A screenshot of the problem is worth a paragraph.
  4. Click Submit ticket.

If you’re signed in, we already know your email — replies go to the address shown at the bottom of the form. If you’re sending from a sign-in screen, add your Email (and, optionally, your Name) so we can write back.

Asking for a feature

Pick Feature request and the form opens Check the board first — a search of our public roadmap, right where you’re typing:

The Help form with Feature request selected, showing a roadmap match with its status and vote count

  1. Type what you want in the search box — a word or two is enough (archive, TikTok, presets).
  2. If a card matches, look at its status and vote count, then click Vote.
  3. If nothing matches, describe it in Subject and Description and send the ticket as usual.

Voting beats sending a second ticket for the same idea: votes are what decide the order we build things in, and every voter gets an email the day that item ships. You can do both — vote, then send the ticket if you have detail to add. The button at the bottom changes to Send details too once your vote is counted.

The public roadmap

Full roadmap in that panel opens omnymous.com/roadmap  — the same board, in full, readable by anyone. It has four columns:

  • Considering — heard and under evaluation. Votes decide what graduates.
  • Planned — committed, scoped, and queued for a build slot.
  • In progress — being built right now.
  • Shipped — live in the product, with a note on where to find it.

Click the arrow on any card to vote. The first time, you’ll be asked for your email — that’s how we count one vote per person and how we tell you when it’s done. We email you once, when the item ships, and nothing else. Click the arrow again to take your vote back.

After you submit

You’ll see a Ticket submitted confirmation with your ticket number (like #A1B2C3D4), and we send a confirmation email to the address on the request with a link to track it. Keep that email — its link is how you check back in.

Track your request

Open the link from your confirmation email to reach your ticket page. It’s headed Omnymous Support and shows your ticket number, the request category, and a status badge that moves through:

  • Open — received, waiting for us.
  • In Progress — we’re working on it.
  • Resolved — we believe it’s handled.
  • Closed — the conversation is finished.

The page holds the whole Conversation — your messages and our replies in one thread. While the ticket is Open or In Progress, type in the reply box at the bottom and click Send Message to add to it; the page refreshes on its own as we reply. Once a ticket is Resolved or Closed, replies are turned off and the page invites you to submit a new ticket if you need more.

Prefer email? You can always reach us directly at support@omnymous.com — it opens a ticket just the same.

Looking for how-to answers instead?

If your question is “how do I…”, the answer may already be here in the guide. The Docs button — next to Help in the top bar — opens this documentation. Find your way around is a good place to start.

Troubleshooting

I didn’t get the confirmation email. Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, the email address on the request may have a typo — send a fresh message with the correct address, or email support@omnymous.com directly.

My ticket was resolved but I need to add something. A resolved or closed ticket can’t be reopened. Submit a new one and mention the earlier ticket number so we have the context.

I voted but the card hasn’t moved. Votes rank what we build next; they don’t jump the queue on their own. Watch the card’s column — Considering to Planned is the move that means it’s committed, and you’ll get an email when it ships.

My feature request isn’t on the board. Not every request becomes a card. The ones that do are usually the ones that name the job — what you’re trying to do and what it costs you today — rather than the fix you have in mind.
