# Get help

Write to support@omnymous.com, and what to put in your message so that the first answer can be the right one.

![The store switcher open: the workspace Vital Root, where you are the owner, its store Vital Root, and Manage stores](https://docs.omnymous.com/media/getting-started/find-your-way-around/switcher.36820024.avif)

Write to <support@omnymous.com>. The answer comes to the address you write from.

Before you write, the troubleshooting pages may already have the answer: they start from what you see on the screen. See [Troubleshooting](https://docs.omnymous.com/troubleshooting).

## What to send

- **Who you are**: the email address you sign in with.
- **Where**: your workspace and the store you were looking at, as the store switcher at the foot of the sidebar names them, and the screen, by its name or its address in the browser.
- **What happened**: what you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead.
- **The exact words**: any message on the screen, copied as it is. A message in the corner of the screen goes after a few seconds: copy it before it does.
- **When**: the day and time, with your time zone.
- **A screenshot** of the screen, if you can take one.

## What never to send

- Your password. Support never needs it, and never asks for it.
- Your AI provider keys or your agent keys. If one may have leaked, replace it or revoke it yourself: see [AI keys and usage](https://docs.omnymous.com/workspace/usage-and-ai-keys#replace-a-key) and [Revoke a key](https://docs.omnymous.com/workspace/agent-access#revoke-a-key).
- Card numbers. Payments go through Stripe, and Omnymous never sees your card.

## Billing and your data

For a question about a charge, an invoice or a refund, write from the email address of a workspace owner, and name the workspace: only owners manage billing. Your invoices are in the [Billing Portal](https://docs.omnymous.com/workspace/billing#billing-portal).

To ask what Omnymous holds about you, or to have it deleted, write from the address of the account concerned. You can also export a store’s library and delete your account yourself: see [Data and privacy](https://docs.omnymous.com/workspace/data-and-privacy).
